Your account stays active for life. You can log back in anytime and your balance is still there. If you want to close it permanently, go to Settings and select Close Account. We'll process your final withdrawal within 24 hours.

Your username is permanent and cannot be changed. You can update your email address in Settings anytime. Verify the new email within 48 hours or your account will revert to your old email for security.
